My works are fiber arts using mixed media, and book arts using pop-up and cutout.
I create three-dimensional scenes on flat fields. Sometimes the objects are waved or folded or lifted. These movements bring forth the unique space under the raised surface. These small spaces are the entrance to a different zone.
My theme is the landscapes I’ve traveled in the past, so my works are based on real places. I am excited to explore the hidden three-dimensional worlds under the visible surface.
